1: longing is a long unfulfilled desire for somthing that promises pleasure of some kind

  * e.g.,  ... for example if you are in love with someone and you are longing for them it can be un fulfilled becaus you may never be together.

1: A lot of effort or not worth the effort. To do a long task would be a trek

  * e.g.,  ... 'But my house is long' 

 [ "Longely" ]

1: A term combining longing and lonely. This term is used when lonely doesnt cover the emotion. A person isnt alone, they have contact with an individual they love but long to be with them. Usually used in internet relationships because they spend time together but have no physical contact.

  * e.g.,  ... Even though they spent all day Instant Messaging, Yin and Yang were longely, as if they hadn't spent a single moment together. 

 [ "The Long" ]

1: The Long is an imaginary place that only appears when the viewer is under the influence of marijuana, appearing as an inescapably long walk or distance that somehow defies the laws of time. This event often occurs in long hallways or on outdoor walks, but can also happen in cars or plane rides.

  * e.g.,  ... Yesterday, my friend and I got totally faded and got stuck in the long on our way back to our dorms!

1: A frankly lanky human. They are often described as nabby in all walks of life.

  * e.g.,  ... I stood there on the sidewalk hearing god answering my prayers, I looked up to the heavens to find out it was just nana asking for carrot cak. Long!

1: not quite shorts not quite capris...they are a completely unique article of clothing usually worn by "ballers" or those who would like to be "ballers"

  * e.g.,  ... "dang, those aint shorts they be longs"

1: the opposite of shorts, pretty much just pants.

  * e.g.,  ... "i got some new longs."

1: an adjective used to describe the outcome of a ripped video without using proper aspect ratio controls

  * e.g.,  ... this youtube video is really cool but looks longative

1: General expression of annoyance.

  * e.g.,  ... Man, that's long! 

 [ "longness" ]

1: used to say that a task or journey is either boring, tedious, unnecessary, or not worth the effort involved. usually used as a result of laziness.

  * e.g.,  ... "hey, u wanna go to freds tonight?" "& walk 3 miles in the dark? nah, sounds like longness to me..."
